About Darina…

Darina Eid is a Bolivian-born, Los Angeles–based artist working across acting, dance, and modeling. Fluent in English and Spanish, she holds dual BAs in Dance and Politics & Human Rights from Marymount Manhattan College and completed the full-time two-year acting conservatory at HB Studio in New York, training in the Hagen technique.

She most recently appeared in Los Abrazos, the latest feature from Bolivia’s iconic director Marcos Loayza. Other credits include the SAG-AFTRA feature The Redeemer, her Off-Broadway debut in La traición en la amistad at the acclaimed Repertorio Español, and Mummy in the Closet: The Return of Eva Perón at GALA Hispanic Theatre. She was also part of the inaugural cast aboard Splendor, the luxury cruise ship by Norwegian’s Regent Seven Seas.

In addition to her performance work, Darina wrote and starred in Ciruelo, a short film that has screened internationally and explores themes of identity, grief, and inherited memory.

With a grounding in movement and a commitment to telling meaningful stories, Darina continues to carve out a space for herself in work that is as bold as it is honest.
